WHO IS ZOOZOOB?

Zoozoob is a part of MB Consolidated Enterprises, Inc.

MB Consolidated has been incorporated in the State of Florida since 2012. We pay state and federal business taxes as well as taxes on our sales.

We are a small company and have a dedicated team of hardworking employees that make this company go.

We realize that without our awesome customers, we would not be in business. We stand by all products and have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.


IS THE ORDER PROCESS SECURE?

Yes. We use a highly secure payment gateway provided by a merchant account services provider located in the United States.

And, we offer PayPal, which is also a highly secure payment processing provider.


HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Some of our products ship directly from our US warehouse. Other ship from  our overseas warehouses, which helps to keep the costs down and ultimately allows us to sell our products at lower prices than you may find elsewhere.

We understand it’s important to receive your items as soon as possible. We assure you that you will receive your order in a timely manner.

Generally our US orders take from 10 to 15 business days (business days are Monday-Friday). For non-US orders, delivery times vary, so please check the details on the page of the particular product you are ordering.

If you have not received an item in the time specified above, please contact us at support@zoozoob.com and we will investigate the order.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs, sales or import duties or taxes incurred by in importing products to customers (the payment of these is the customer's responsibility).


WHAT IF THE PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If you receive an order that contains a damaged or defective product, please contact us right away at support@zoozoob.com.

For customers living in the US: We will email a prepaid shipping label so you can return the damaged or defective product to our Florida offices.. Upon receiving the product, we will provide a replacement or a refund.

For customers located outside the US: Please provide photo(s) showing the damaged product and we will provide a replacement or a refund.

WHAT IF THERE IS A SIZING PROBLEM?

For customers living in the US: We will email a prepaid shipping label so you can return the product to our Florida offices.. Upon receiving the product, we will provide a replacement or a refund.

For customers located outside the US: The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our Florida offices: Zoozoob, 701 Market St. Ste 111 #5020, 
St. Augustine, FL 32095 
USA.   Upon receipt  of the product, we will issue a refund, or send the customer the product in the new size the customer requests.

WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS I ORDERED?

We have a number of different fulfillment centers. If you order products that are being shipped from different fulfillment centers, you will receive your products separately. Please rest assured your complete order will be delivered in a timely manner.

 

THE TRACKING HAS NOT UPDATED. IS MY ORDER ON THE WAY?

Yes. Tracking can be slow to update on orders from our overseas warehouses even though the products are actually in transit.

Often, tracking will show no progress for up to a week or more, but then suddenly update as it is transferred to the domestic shipping service (USPS, Canada Post, etc.) and then be delivered a day or two later.

We appreciate your patience. We promise that you will receive your products or we will refund your money.

DISPUTE A TRANSACTION?

We stand by all of our products and our goal is for all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products.

If you have concerns regarding quality, sizing or if you’ve received the wrong products, damaged or defective products or have any other concerns, please contact us right away at support@zoozoob.com. We will respond within 1 business day.

When customers dispute charges with PayPal and credit card companies, it can take 30 days to receive a refund. And, they charge businesses like ours heavy fees, even when we intend to offer full refunds. So if you feel that you’d like a refund, please contact us first and we will work with you. We have the ability to process refunds immediately.
